VERNON TOWNSHIP DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!
** If you are an adult with a passport book, you may apply for a passport card as a renewal and only pay $20.00.
Under 16 - Applicant must be present. Parents apply on behalf of child; BOTH parents must sign application in the presence of an agent or present notarized Statement of Consent form or notarized statement of why second parent could not attend.
16-17 years - Applicant must be present with at least one parent; parent and applicant must sign application using applicants or parents identification.
18 years - Applicant must be present, have proper identification, must sign application, and must have parents consent.

Passport Services
Passport application services are available at the Vernon Township Administrative Center on the following schedule:
Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
PASSPORT CHANGES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2008.
To obtain a NEW passport book or card, you will need:

•A completed NEW application (dated 02-2008)

•Proof of Citizenship - A certified birth certificate from the county or state of birth or an old passport. (Children under 16 with an old passport must present old passport AND certified birth certificate from the county or state of birth.)

•Original naturalization papers (if not born in the U.S.)

•Two Passport photos (Photos can be taken at Vernon Township)

•Personal Identification (such as a valid Drivers License)

•Two personal checks or money orders
